We had a delightful time on this tour. As you wait for the tour to start, you have the option of tasting a variety of hot and cold teas. This was fun, and we found some new ones we liked. The tour itself was a...More

We were traveling with young children and grandparents and thought this would be a good activity. Keep in mind that children need to be above 5 to take the tour. The tour runs about every 30 minutes I believe. While you are waiting for the...More

Our second visit to the factory we visited about 7 years ago. We enjoyed the factory tour .. it's really a walk thru the factory not just looking thru windows like other factory tours. You learn the history of the company and the popular variety...More

Just a warning to check the age requirement. I hadn't seen anything about it online, but we were told after 5 and up only (or maybe it was 6 and up?). I just know I was like "whew!" bc my youngest was 6. However, I...More

Seeing the factory was cool but the highlights were getting to stand in the peppermint room and also sampling their 90+ flavors of tea in the tea room for free! Definitely worth the visit.

Celestial Seasoning company was an excellent thirty minute tour. Enjoyed seeing the production of a tea we've been acquainted with all our lives. If you love tea, this is a good stop. The two of us were surprised to hear this is the only plant...More

Take the tour and drink some tea from the company that Mo and Peggy Seagle started after gathering herbs in the foothills surrounding Boulder back in the 1970's. Enjoy it yourself or take your friends and family.

Went there with reservation on expectations when my wife suggested that we visit. I was pleasantly surprised when we went. Tour was great. Highlight was entering the Peppermint storeroom, very fragrant. You get to see the majority of the factory in operation. Gift shop is...More

Came here during the week. Enjoyed the tea sampling, and the tour. The gift shop was fun too. It was so nice to try the many varieties of tea available as many of them aren't often carried at my local grocery store in Wisconsin. There...More

No. It is a working factory. There are no grounds, etc to visit. It is a working factory. Tasting room would be okay - but nothing for a one year old. Go to Leanin; Tree down the street.

No need for a reservation except for very large groups. I'd give them a call IF you are on a tight schedule or need a special time. Have fun and enjoy. It's a great tour.
