Breck village is so colourful and easy to walk through. Lots of shops to peruse. Loads of places to see and enjoy. There is a shop with amazing semipretios stones, wow, must be seen. Amethyst and loads more, awsome.

The only chain I noticed was Starbucks and that is still in a pretty building and blends in. Old gold mining town, blend of old and new but character maintained. Interesting street with good restaurants and cafes, specialty shops and boutiques, good quality merchandise. Evidence...More

Historic Breckenridge Main Street is a charming location to walk, shop and eat/drink during winter, particularly a great place to unwind after a day of skiing the slopes. The trees are beautifully decorated with lights and boughs of spruce/pine adorned the bannisters so there is...More

My wife and I recently traveled to Breckenridge and spent most of the day walking main street. Some of the shops are interesting, but nothing stood out except for the large number of real estate offices. I do recommend trying the Thrift Store though, especially...More

There’s a little candle shop in town where you can watch them hbd up candles. The name slips my mind but it isn’t really cool. ALso the tea shop in town was lovely. There’s something for everyone for sure.

What a great time we had just walking up and down and visiting shops. Don’t miss it! In Feb Christmas decorations are still up. Love it!

We enjoyed wandering through the many shops, looking for souvenirs, clothing, hats, etc. Many good coffee shops and restaurants.

Breck main street used to be quaint, now it's just horrendously overcrowded. It's nice enough to be worth a stroll midweek/offseason, but not nearly nice enough for putting up with the mob scene the rest of the time.

Yes. There are numerous shuttle services from DIA, and there is a much cheaper bus (The Bustang) that goes from downtown Denver to Frisco twice and day. Frisco is the next town over from Breck, and there are easily... More
