Overview
More
Jumpin' Good Goat Dairy is a small family goat dairy and creamery that proudly produces pure, all-natural small-batch artisan goat cheese. Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains we do our very best to make sure our goats are happy and healthy, because the happier the goat, the tastier our cheese. Besides the dairy and creamery our farm houses our country store, here we invite visitors to sample not only our seasonal offerings of cheese but also other yummy goods produce right here in Chaffee County! Guests may also visit the store to sign up for one of our guided Farm and Milking tours. Offered year round our Farm tour is at 11:30am on Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Our herd is seasonal so that means we only milk from early spring to late summer, therefore our Milking tours are only available from late March to late September at 2:00pm Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Because we live in the unpredictable Rockies we will occasionally cancel tours due to inclement weather.

This was a lot of fun and you get to play with the baby goats. You can also help hook up the milking machines. The ladies are all super friendly. It’s relaxed pace.

Don't miss the goat farm. The trip is going to be great. The cheese tastes great and it is good for you. This organic cheese is made right there.

Visited the Country Store and stocked up on goat cheeses. Excellent quality farm fresh products here. We got the curds, "first snow" (like brie), and wine soaked cheeses.

Took my 10 year old twin granddaughters on the goat milking tour. What a great experience for them. They were able to assist with milking the goats, feed the baby goats and learn a lot about the process of caring for the goats.
