This was a nice stop to stretch our legs during our road trip. We spent about an hour walking around and looking at the buildings. I would recommend this stop for anyone who is passing by.

We did our family reunion here July 2016. The Barn was our headquarters, everyone could roam the grounds and visit all the buildings. Each family picked out a building for their branch picture for our scrapbook. Niki Wall is great to work with, helped us with caterers, tours of Burlington, the Carousel and hotels. Perfect spot for 75 people! The... More

Good place to break up a highway drive. This museum is located in town only a few minutes from interstate 70. Good place for local history with artifacts and gift shop. We only seen the indoor exhibits but they also have an outdoor area where they have reproductions of building and such.

This was not a scheduled stop for us but someone told us about it so we made a small detour. All of the buildings were very interesting. Main complaint we would have is that hardly any of the speaker boxes were working that tell you about what your looking at. The buildings and grounds are all well taken care of... More

We didn't plan enough time for this, but didn't care. Twenty buildings just full of information and exhibits. Our grandson, 11, really enjoyed this place. So much to see! If you enjoy history, this has a wealth of knowledge.

Actually came here for an event and it was a lot of fun. I think kids of all ages would really enjoy this spot with all of the historical buildings and items. Our group had a great meal there provided by a local caters. All in all a great spot for a gathering of any kind.

On this 6.5 acre historical site includes 21 buildings filled with authentic artifacts. The cool thing is Old Town Museum celebrates local agriculture, history and heritage! Nine of the buildings are original historic structures, moved to Old Town from areas around northeastern Colorado, and the rest are reproductions, all furnished with genuine western artifacts donated or bought to showcase the history... Reminiscent of a bygone era and small town . A lot of exhibits to walk through and many old wagons, tractors, cars, etc. we arrived too llate this trip and they were closing in thirty minutes but they were kind enough to let us walk through the front building area. We had been there previously and spent about three hours... More

This little spot needs a bump to the top, VERY informative, quaint, and so many items, so MANY of them donated by local people from that area. Glad we made the stop, and tried the ice cream flavors of days gone bye.
