We decided to go through the museum after we walked around town. There were a lot of displays and a lot of historical information. Well organized. The staff there was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

This museum has an amazing collection of western/cowboy gear. They also have several displays and books on the Moffat railroad which became the Denver Rio Grande railroad. Helpful and knowledgeable stall make this a great museum to visit.

Wonderful staff and volunteer regaled us with great stories that added so much to the collection! Great history in that area - Butch Cassidy, Ann Bassett, Tom Horn, etc... It's free and worth a stop! Ask some questions! (:
