I loved larimer square! As a solo business traveler, I walked to the square for coffee in the mornings and drinks and dinner in the evening. Fun, safe, high energy area that you will want to visit.

This is a great place to walk about and stop in the local shops with a really quaint, small town feel. We loved the lamps and flower beds on all the street posts and the hanging decorations.

I took two teens here. We walked from our hotel. Great shopping with familiar stores as well as unique finds. Ice-Cream and restaurants were yummy. Enjoyed by the whole family.

While the area is pretty with the lights all across and it is clean compared to other parts of Denver, There are some good restaurant and bars in that area. At night all stores are closed. So basically find a restaurant you like.

It is pretty, and the lights make for a nice after dark atmosphere with local mom and pop shops, but the way locals and other visitors talked I expected more. Located a little north of halfway up 16th street mall, it was a side street...More

Unless you are specifically going to Larimer Square to eat or have drinks, definitely visit during the day, so you can hit the shops when they are open. We had reservations for dinner at Rioja, but unfortunately, all the shops closed down by 7 at...More

This place is full of bars and restaurants but it is more of a road than a square..... Not much else to look at

We parked for free at the university (a Sunday) and enjoyed the short stroll to this district. Picturesque area, good energy and great options for food and drinks.

Larimer Square is a great place to spend an afternoon or evening. The lights over the street make it a wonderland after dark and the restaurants offer outstanding food and service. Our favorites are the Capital Grill and Rioja. They are not inexpensive but worth...More

It's a small area with mostly restaurants and bars and a couple clothing boutiques. Many of the restaurants seemed pricey so we ended up getting dinner in a different part of the area outside of the square itself. It is worth stopping in to see...More

Hi, I personally did not travel with my dog, but there were many places that dogs were permitted inside the shops and restaurants. Water bowls for dogs were outside at many places as well. Hope this helps!

Sometimes you can luck out and find an open meter. There are some parking lots nearby. At Larimer and 14th are on ground parking. Two blocks over, the Denver Center for Performing Arts has a garage. There is a garage at... More
