Larimer Square is a great area to walk around and find fabulous places to eat, cocktail bars for drinks, and retail for shopping. It's lit up beautifully at night with strings of lights hanging across the street.
Mainly a tourist trap area it has a lot of nice restaurants but everything is expensive. Worth checking out and most of the restaurants are good. The best place is the jazz club, Crimson room in the basement. Shops there are snooty and expensive. The...More

Sometimes you can luck out and find an open meter. There are some parking lots nearby. At Larimer and 14th are on ground parking. Two blocks over, the Denver Center for Performing Arts has a garage. There is a garage at Tabor which is a block East. A few blocks north are other garages. And there is valet parking on both sides of the street on Larimer! Parking isn't a big deal.
