Loved it!! The elephant show was spectacular and so unique!! Lots of different and unique animals! We had a lot of fun. Price is good for admission. Parking is right in front and free!

We had a very good time! We fed the giraffes and birds. It wasn't too crowded even though it was Father's Day weekend. It was hot but there was plenty of shade! Take the kids if you are in Denver- they will like it!

Took the kids there and we all really enjoyed this zoo. There are a lot of shaded areas to view the animals. Parking is easy.

I believe the zoo is open most days during the winter. However, if there is a very cold spell and or, a lot of snow, they may close. Certain animals that are exceptionally effected by cold weather would be kept inside then... More

I don't know if the day of week matters. I went on a Tuesday and was fairly busy with groups of day camp kids. It is better to go early in day as many animals were hiding out from the hot afternoon sun.
