We’ve been to several aquariums in various places and we thought this one was a lot of fun. Our kids are 8 and 5 and especially liked the mermaid show.

We went on a family outing, 2 1/2 year old, parents and grandma. My granddaughter has traveled abroad and has been to the Denver zoo multiple times. All with smiles. Not at the Aquarium. Not sure why not but one thought is that the entry...More

My sons chose this place when given the choice between here, Elitch Gardens, and the Children's Museum. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. There is a path through dozens of aquariums and even one room with tigers. At the end you can feed...More

The kids love the sharks and (some of) the adults love opportunity to scuba dive without spending $5-10k on travel.

I attended a business meeting here. Who would've thought of this wonderful local venue to host a breakfast meeting and a private visit to the Aquarium? It was brilliant. This site used to be called "Ocean Journey" and...(little bit of Trivia and history here): it...More

The Denver aquarium is one of my granddaughter’s favorite places. There are hands on exhibits and talented mermaid shows. The shark exhibit is fascinating and the ability to feed sting rays tops off the experience. My granddaughter are 8,6,4 years old.

really disappointed to see a tiger in the aquarium, the settings and environment were not for that of a tiger, not that a zoo is great, but imagine how much less appropriate an aquarium is. It was just heartbreaking, the tiger see's no sunlight and...More

Decent aquarium for an hour or two, but it would be hard to fill more than this much time. Some of the animal areas need to be updated and offer more enrichment for the animals. Don't plan on a second visit.

Hello! I don’t believe they check bags. You may call and verifying, but I don’t remember this occurring. Have a great time.

Negative... A few of the smaller aquariums are actually open on top And I think they are extra cautious about contamination from the outside..
