Enjoyed the variety of exhibits. Paid for the special mummy exhibit and was not disappointed. After about 12 the place was overrun by unsupervised school kids but that doesn't detract from the quality of the experience. Just too much to absorb in a single visit. Need to come back.

Plenty to do to fill a whole day. Pay your admission package to include the activities that you want to do. This takes some studying. Get the family to walk around the outside of the building to see the sculptures, while one parent decides what to include. staff are very helpful. Lockers are also in foyer. IMAX - Africa and... This is by-far, one of the best museums around. The mineral collection here is outstanding and very interesting, if you are into that kind of thing. I remember the dioramas from my childhood and they are still fantastic, so life-like, a great way for everyone to see what animals should look like in their environment. The dinosaur exhibit is good... More

I went on a free Bank of America day. My friends said this is the place to see. Loved all the exhibits. They made some great "snapshots" of life with different animals and areas around the world. Dinosaurs were awesome and huge. Everything is well done.

We had a good time on our trip here. The animal exhibits we amazingly detailed. The rocks and minerals were extensive. Where the disappointment came for us and my young son was the prehistoric exhibit. He was excited to see some amazing dinosaur displays. Much to his disappointment he had seen much better and much more extensive exhibits in small... More

This is meant for kids and teenagers, but really any age can enjoy this. I have been several times and I still get a kick out this place. This is one of those places that you get out what you put in; meaning don't just walk around; get involved and participate and read the presentations.

Their current traveling Mummies exhibit is one that the whole family enjoyed and learned lots about. There are lots of details, displays, and interactive info about both the Peruvian and Egyptian Mummies that kids and adults alike can learn more about. A must see before February 2017. The Space center is always a fun and interactive way to get the... More
