This museum is fairly mediocre given Denver's aviation history. But it is steadily improving. They have some interesting displays but nothing extraordinary. It would be interesting to highlight Denver's connection to planetary probes and rocketry.

Visited during a family visit to Denver. A good selection of aircraft but very cramped and still under construction. Highlight was the B-1 bomber in my opinion. The size and condition was awesome.

Very nice museum with a histopry of flight (and the future of flight) and with many hands on items to keep you interested throughout. Unfortunately the day we visited they were prfeparing for an event so it was quite difficult to move around but a...More

Nothing special in my opinion. There were some cool planes to see but nothing overly unique. I would recommend going but would not suggest making it a priority over other attractions in the city.

They had a lot of planes to view, but they were cramped so that you really couldn't see good and definitely not get good pictures. Bad lighting. A lot of the things were not labeled so you had no information on them. All aircraft carrier...More

I've been to a lot of aerospace museums in my days and this one I would rate as a good one. It isn't the Smithsonian or the Air Force Museum at Wright Patterson, but it is good. A lot of nice displays and a few...More

We had 3 generations with the youngest being a 4 year old. It was fun. Everyone was able to engage in the museum at differing levels. All enjoyed. Probably about a 3 hour activity.

One of best air and space museums. Can sit in cockpit of several planes. Offers wide selection of Planes from various decades with emphasis on Jets. Has land speed car also.

An inexpensive couple of hours. They have a section for kids to play, while the adults look at the displays and aircraft. This is an old hanger, with a lot of history. Plan on a couple of hours. There is a great ice cream stand...More

Hi xtc663, We have a B-1A Bomber, not a B-1B bomber. Only the B-1B Bombers were ever in service. The model A aircraft were used as test machines. Thank you very much for your visit to the Museum! We hope you had a great... More

We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites Cherry Creek, which was about a minute 15 drive from the museum.
