We spent the day and found that it was plenty to see and do the rides. Unfortunately, the food and drink vendors were sorely understaffed and the wait was too long. After getting our food, we had to wait in a ridiculous line to pay. It was an ok day but I wouldn't rush back

There isn't anything particulary special or unique about Elitch's as far as amusement parks go. It is fun just like most. There are several roller coaster's and roller coaster type rides. The Mind Eraser is my favorite and I always enjoy the old style Twister II. They don't let you bring your own food into the park so you either... More

The amusement park reminds me of a fun spot or even a fair. Most of the rides are fair rides. When you go once, you probably won't go again. In general if you have not been to Elitch I would go but if you have gone you don't need to go back in my opinion.

This place is more for the teenage crowd. A lot of the rides were closed earlier in the day and then opened up. The place was so dirty and nasty, and the help was so slow and a man proceeded to give 5 year olds a lecture about riding the semis. They should lower prices for this time of year... More

Lots of fun roller coasters, plenty of junk food and a few carnie style games to separate you from your money. Relatively clean and newer, nothing really stands out as special beyond the location in Denver.

My family and I went to the park last weekend and had a fabulous time! It's totally decorated for Fright Fest and looks awesome. They do Halloween stuff for kids during he day and then open the Haunted Houses at night. We took the kids trick or treating for free candy in KiddieLand and they got to decorate pumpkins too!... Spent the day with my 11 year old for his b day. Substandard and average in every way. Even with the rapid VIP ride pass it's at least a 20 min wait for every event. Prepare to wait for everything with disinterested employees that must be incentivized to make things slow.

Do not just drop your children off and leave! First off, it is filthy. Just walk around for a few minutes and you will see. All of the food vendors have trash around their booths, people who put gloves on to serve you and then handle your money, and then take care of the next person in line, and the... More

Where do I start? This park is a waste of time and dangerous. The staff are inexperienced, untrained, and spent their time gossiping rather than working. At one point, my husband and child were stuck in the air on a ride because of operator error (according to the maintenance worker who was radioed in and immediately got the ride started... More

Our granddaughter was so excited to go to Elitch for her 14th birthday! The whole family went anticipating a great day at the park. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for everyone! The place is horribly understaffed. Many rides had too few operating cars so the wait was interminable! I even waited in line 40 minutes for a soda! The... More
