Join us on a tasting tour to meet Denver's premier local gourmet food...

Join us on a tasting tour to meet Denver's premier local gourmet food producers and purveyors. This isn't some big, impersonal, stay-behind-the-velvet-ropes tour. Our small group tours are intimate, informal, hands-on and fun. Each stop on our tasting tours brings you front and center to see and experience truly gourmet products, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what makes gourmet taste so good. We also plan progressive dinners, cooking classes, parties, tours and corporate team building events for groups, clubs, reunions and businesses.

We went to meeting place shown on our tickets, and nobody was there. She had sent an e-mail at 3:56 the afternoon before, but it has gone to my junk mail. There was a pnone number on the ticket, but she did not bother answering, even knowing that she had changed location at the last minute and that a group... More

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize (again) for any miscommunication regarding the tour meeting place. We email the tour meeting place and parking information a day or two in advance of the tour. The address on the tickets is our business address, not the tour starting place - there was no change to the starting point. Everyone else scheduled... More

This is the second tour that my husband and I have taken with this company - both times we had a ball. We are 40 something foodies and we're always looking for a way to learn new things together. Chelly the owner served as our guide, and is very open and encourages questions at every point in the tour. Most... More

I was expecting an interesting learning experience. i.e. tell me something about how the food was made, the history of the restaurant, or the culture of the food, or even the history of the buildings we are walking by! With the exception of 1 of the 5 stops (Hi-Rise Bakery), none of the owners or wait staff came out to... More

Our tour started at Denver Beer Co, a cool little brewery in an great old building. The beer was delicious! We had food from Harvest food truck and the owner came out and talked to us for awhile. Then we went to a pizza "restaurant" that operates outdoors with a portable wood oven. Delicious! The owner spoke to us about... More

Bought two groupons for tours. Your groupon is only good for a subset of the available tours. If I want to use my groupon, things are pretty much sold out for the rest of the year. If I'm willing to pay $50 a person, there seem to be spots available. That really goes against the spirit of groupon. Two emails... More

While I appreciate Washed Out's frustration with the reservation process, tours go all year round and Groupons, Living Social, etc. certificate holders have first priority in booking. Certificates are valid on ALL of the walking tours except the progressive dinners, which are only held once a month, which leaves between 10 and 20 events per month that certificates are valid... We signed up for the tour expecting to visit several food places and sample some exciting foods. Not the case. Big hike for some ice cream preceded by a poor presentation of how ice cream is made. The visit to Shangri-La was good. Great paninis! Spending 30 min in a spice shop was way too much and should be skipped.... More

I've never gotten the chance to try food trucks recently, but this tour took us to three, plus a fairly new brewpub and a small bakery. We got tastes at each stop and the owner gave us a rundown on how the business got started and an insight into how they were doing. All the food was great. The beers... More

We started out at the Denver Beer Company for a flight of tasters. They had good beers, and Casey was very informative on the process. The staff was personable, really enjoy what they do, and the fact we were there. Then, on to three separate food trucks, with very different fare. We got enough at each to get a good... More

Purchased a groupon for a gourmet food tour. The website talked about tasting gourmet foods and desserts. I tried for several months to use the groupon but the tours were consistently booked.
