Attended a funeral at this church. Tricky finding the entrance to the parking garage. Two paid parking lots adjacent to the church as well. Broadway is one way by the church as I found out. Had to go around to get into parking garage which I did because they were validating parking at the service I was attending. If you attend Sunday service the paid lots are free until 2pm which is convenient. Online services are also available.
The Sanctuary where the service was held is upstairs when you enter by using the steps on Broadway side going down. There is an elevator available which leads you into the other entrance of the Sanctuary. Restrooms on the ground floor by door I entered church at. Clean.
The organ pipes are amazing. And the light into the room was bright. Shining in through the beautiful stained glass windows. The designs are intricate and well preserved. You can take tours of the church but not right now as they aren’t fully open to the public yet - July 2022. It would be nice to have time to examine the architecture and glass designs. The service was uplifting and more a celebration of life. Beautiful and moving. There was a reception afterwards in the church hall. Large space so I didn’t feel crowded even with the number of people attending. And the church people are so nice.

Unfortunately it was closed when we wanted to visit it. The plaque on the wall inforned us about importance of this place for those religious people in the past. Next to the church is community hall. At the corner down we found plaque mentioning time capsule which was opened in 1988 and next time it will be opened in 2088.

I've worked downtown for years and recently learned the Trinity hosts free Organ concerts during the month of December on Tuesday during lunch time. I was lucky enough to catch the last concert of the series this year. The music was hauntingly beautiful, and I will be sure to return next year to experience this lovely music.

Such a lovely sanctuary! Organist was beautiful and the setting was so lovely for Christmas Eve. Singing “ Silent Night” by candlelight. Perfect. Merry Christmas Indeed!

We went inside because we were in the area. It is very close to the Museum of Western Art. The museum is closed on weekend, so we decided to visit the church instead after reading the plaque outside. It was design by a man called Robert Roeschlaub, Colorado first licence architect. It is also a Methodist church and we had never seen one before. It is lovely. The organ is huge and a splendid backdrop to the altar. The church also has fantastic woodwork as well as stunning stained glass windows. Worth a stop if you love churches or if you are going to the Museum of Western Art!

This is a beautiful old brick church in the heart of Denver. We've seen it many times but have never had an opportunity to go inside. we happened to be walking around downtown on Sunday morning and asked if we could go inside since the service was over. We were invited to go in and look around, in fact there is a historical tour offered every Sunday following the 11 am service (we missed that). The architecture is "modern gothic". It has a beautiful organ (with over 4000 pipes) and lovely stained glass in all the windows. Lots of beautiful wood and carvings throughout the sanctuary. Interesting design, architecture and history.

This old church sits right on a corner. I like old churches and this one is cool. It looks to be mainly stone. I’m not sure of the age but it looks old.

Trinity United Methodist Church is located in a beautiful, historic building in downtown Denver. The location is not far from The Brown Palace Hotel. Services are traditional - the organ is wonderful and powerful.

I love old churches, and I really love old Pipe Organs. I was visiting Denver on business and spent some time walking around the 16th Street Mall. After visiting the Capital Building I checked on some of the local churches. On my way to the Brown Palace Hotel I noticed this beautiful building. Lucky for me it was still open and I had the chance to visit the Sanctuary. Very impressive, and to my surprise the organist was practicing. I probably sat there 30 minutes just listening to the practice session. If you have the chance I highly recommend it. The craftsmanship that went into some of these old structure is just not seen anymore. I recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Beautiful gothic architecture on the old stone exterior. Many signs about the outside showing the history of this beautiful structure.

Just a block or 2 off the 16th Street Mall so it's a quick deviation to see it.

Wish I could've seen inside.
