Historic Durango is so charming. The buildings were built in the 1800s and many still have their historic charm. There are many restaurants, shops, and bars. Park and walk up and down the street to see it all. We went several times during our trip.

A lovely, classy Main Street. Beautiful shops with a wide range of items. It is clearly an affluent town. The must do attraction is to visit the train station and museum. The later is a vast collection of very special items from the 1800s onwards....More

I compare everything the Jackson Hole. This is not Jackson, but it the next best thing. Prices are high, but the atmosphere is worth it for a while.

Thank you for the review! The Downtown Durango Balloon Glow is a new event for us, but it is super fun and unique. Glad you enjoyed it, hopefully we are able to keep doing it in the future.
