We had our nephew and niece for the weekend and decided to treat them to Water World. Both had been there previously, with the nephew having gone a half-dozen times with friends, and in his experience, he wasn't enthusiastic about going. However, we rented one...More

Our family has a Water World Father's Day tradition that I look forward to every year. This year's was the best ever, thanks to the addition of the Mike High Flyer, essentially a flume/rollercoaster ride. 30 minute wait. Well worth it for the thrills, and...More

We arrived on a Thursday 20 minutes before the park open. There were lines forming with two entrances. I was going to try for the preferred parking and the early entry, but that is only offered after father's day. The early entry might have been...More

We recently visited with a party of 7. Ages 9-62 and everyone had a blast! If you can go during the week that's the best time. We never waited more than 15 minutes in line. I think it's best to do the large raft rides...More

I go every summer with my cousins. It's become a tradition for us. I usually try to get tickets for the Pharoh's Feast, I mean it's unlimited food/drinks! I've also taken a cooler and sat in the grass. Both have been enjoyable. I love water...More

Water World is a great experience and summer activity! The park is huge so not all the rides have long lines. Much easier to get through rides here compared to Elitches. Unless you go on the opening or closing weekends it's not too crowded. Parking...More

Jess, I have not used the cabanas before simply because I didn't have a need for it, but I bet if you call guest services they should be able to walk you through the process and help you choose the appropriate package :)

They sell the Thunder Bay cabanas with the food passes for like $320. I have four kids....is this worth it?? Can we place our stuff somewhere and not worry about people taking chairs or walking off with stuff?? Just trying to get an idea of the layout.... Thanks!!

I don't think it is worth it. I have never had my things messed with. I try to keep my stuff a little away from the main sidewalk or walkway and I have never had any problems.
