From the moment you enter the door the service is just 5-star. This is by far my most favorite thing to do in Glenwood. The caves , the spa treatments and the sweetest front desk staff have me wanting to return the moment I leave

Pleasurable as always. If you like saunas, you are in for a wonderful treat with the steam caves. The solarium is great for relaxing when the caves get too hot. Please respect others peace and remain quiet inside the caves.

I love the lore of these caves from its earliest use by the Ute Tribe, to the settlers who founded this area. It's a must see if you're visiting the area. Soul rejuvenation!

The Caves are one of my favorite places to visit in town, especially in the Winter months. The steam has a way relaxing the body and mind. The thick walls block out all sound from the outside world and create a silence, a peace. The...More

The Vapor Caves were hotter than I expected. I could only stay in them for a short time although it did greatly relax my sore muscles. The massage I had was probably the best one I have ever had. And I loved the reflexology she...More

To get down to the caves I am not sure if there is an alternate way from the stairs that we had to take. I would contact them directly.

Go with as little as possible. Swimsuit-that's it and use their changing room. Use their robe and white flip flops. Check out the monthly special and get the massage.

Towels and robes are provided. Personally I'd bring my own flip flops for comfort!
