Historic Building. Super nice staff. Dressing room and showers are not private and a bit on the small side, but it works. Bathing suits required. Take the stairs down into the Sweat Caves but don;t let the heat knock you over! There are several small...More

My mother in law took me here for a massage, and we got to enjoy the nature vapor caves before hand: they were fantastic! The massage was out of this world! So much that I we got both my in-laws the next day for a...More

Pleasurable as always. If you like saunas, you are in for a wonderful treat with the steam caves. The solarium is great for relaxing when the caves get too hot. Please respect others peace and remain quiet inside the caves.

I love the lore of these caves from its earliest use by the Ute Tribe, to the settlers who founded this area. It's a must see if you're visiting the area. Soul rejuvenation!

The Caves are one of my favorite places to visit in town, especially in the Winter months. The steam has a way relaxing the body and mind. The thick walls block out all sound from the outside world and create a silence, a peace. The...More

Let me start by saying that we had a couples massage, and the masseuses and the massages were terrific. If that's all there was, this place would get a 5 out of 5. However, our primary interest was a hot spring bath. I'm not sure...More

I've been to many different spas and I have to say I was not impressed. The vape caves which is like a sauna was neat (hence the two stars), I can give it that, BUT the massage was less than mediocre, for the person I...More

My kids didn’t enjoy the caves due to the strong sulfur smell. The cave temps were great. My wife and I sat for about fifteen minutes. After that she got a massage which she loved. I was very eager to experience these caves with the...More

To get down to the caves I am not sure if there is an alternate way from the stairs that we had to take. I would contact them directly.

Go with as little as possible. Swimsuit-that's it and use their changing room. Use their robe and white flip flops. Check out the monthly special and get the massage.
