Description:

Located between Aspen and Vail, you'll find the World's Largest Hot Springs...

Located between Aspen and Vail, you'll find the World's Largest Hot Springs Pool. The Ute Indians called it Yampah, meaning "big medicine." Soothe your muscles after outdoor activities year round. The large pool is kept at a comfortable 90°- 93° F and the smaller therapy pool averages about 104° F. Additional amenities include a lodge, spa, athletic club, grill and shopping. Relieve muscle and joint pain, or just relax and feel the wonder of a soak in our hot springs. Soaking in hot, highly concentrated mineral water has many health benefits. Increasing body temperature helps the body naturally kill harmful germs and viruses, eliminate toxins, and increase blood flow. The absorbtion of essential minerals gives the body a natural boost. You will feel the difference within minutes of stepping in. Jump in the large pool, at over 400 feet long, and "cool down." Swim laps or practice your form on the diving board. Water slides, mini golf, and kiddie pool are available in the warmer months. Bring your own cooler and snacks, or stop by the poolside Grill to grab a bite.

We stayed at the Glenwood Springs Lodge and had unlimited access to these pools. The larger pool was around 94 degrees and was great to use during the time. There were many locals there that used it for exercise. It was fun to walk up and down the length of the pool, especially over the hot water pipes :) In... More

So Fun! We just did a little weekend getaway with our 6 month old and 1.5 yr old babies. It was great they loved the pools. We went back at night and they really loved that.

We visited somewhat skeptical of what we would find. We were pleasantly surprised. We completely enjoyed soaking in the hot water while snow fell all around us. The licker rooms were clean and adequate. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I have 5 children, ages 1 - 11 years, and yet, everyone was able to enjoy one or another aspect of the pool. We changed in the family changing room, which was extremely useful, given our family dynamic (a lot of little ones needing extra help), and between the hot pool, the 'warm' pool and the diving... I've been going to these hotsprings since I was a child. Prior to Iron Mountain opening, it was more crowded, but it has returned to being a place of respite. We much prefer Glenwood Hotsprings to Iron Mountain. Its historic origins and large pools are relaxing and satisfying. Great for couples, families, or just a solitary dip in the healing... More

The Hot Springs are a great place to spend the day and chill out. It was wonderful to relax in the hot springs a day after skiing! It's well worth the money for this unusual experience!

You have to hit the hot springs if you visit Glenwood springs. There are 3 different pools with different temperatures. We had a nice time just chilling in them, it was nice after a bike ride and hike up to hanging lake

This is one of our favorite hot spring attractions; however, when we visited on New Year's Day, we were extremely dismayed to find the pool bottoms to be dirty and only 2 of the 6 bubblers operating properly. Since there was no signage to indicate that most of the bubblers were inoperable, guests continued to insert their coins in the... More

Great place to relax or have fun with the family or friends! Food at the grille is good even though not a huge selection! Love to come here during the winter to relax!
