Description:

Located between Aspen and Vail, you'll find the World's Largest Hot Springs...

Located between Aspen and Vail, you'll find the World's Largest Hot Springs Pool. The Ute Indians called it Yampah, meaning "big medicine." Soothe your muscles after outdoor activities year round. The large pool is kept at a comfortable 90°- 93° F and the smaller therapy pool averages about 104° F. Additional amenities include a lodge, spa, athletic club, grill and shopping. Relieve muscle and joint pain, or just relax and feel the wonder of a soak in our hot springs. Soaking in hot, highly concentrated mineral water has many health benefits. Increasing body temperature helps the body naturally kill harmful germs and viruses, eliminate toxins, and increase blood flow. The absorbtion of essential minerals gives the body a natural boost. You will feel the difference within minutes of stepping in. Jump in the large pool, at over 400 feet long, and "cool down." Swim laps or practice your form on the diving board. Water slides, mini golf, and kiddie pool are available in the warmer months. Bring your own cooler and snacks, or stop by the poolside Grill to grab a bite.

the Glenwood Springs swimming pool is a wonderful place to spend the afternoon or evening...it doesn't matter if it is snowing or not. The warm water relaxes you. It is very clean and the people that run it are very nice.

And we were not disappointed! This was our second time to come here for the relaxing soaking and we have enjoyed it both visits. The locker facilities are clean and well maintained. Plenty of pool lounge chairs to enjoy when we weren't in the pools. The pools are SO Large they accommodate a LOT of people. No need to converse... More

I was there on a Friday evening so it was a bit busy, and so not so relaxing with lots of families around, but still was very enjoyable. It was really pretty to go around sunset and soak in the pools while in the middle of the mountains.

I have visited the Glenwood Hot Springs and visit it at least twice a year from Denver. About a 3 hour drive from Denver on I-70 West. Nice facility, great pools. A smaller hotter pool and a very large warm pool. The town of Glenwood has a lot of nice eateries and places to stay as well.

Super pools, one hotter, the other huge pool, 90 degrees and just right for staying in a long time - perfect swimming in January and everyone feels happier when they get out - amazing waters !!! Drinking water pool is on the edge of gated pool, free access.

We got into the hot springs pools in the evening after dinner. One pool is 104 degrees and feels like a huge hot tub. When we needed to cool down we got into the next pool which was still nice and warm. With natural minerals and no chlorine, we felt revived after a long drive. It was so relaxing to... More

I think the best time to go is during the colder months. It is Olympic sized and has swimming lanes as well. A great place to spend your day or night relaxing in mineral waters.

I took my daughter(11y.o.) on a weekend getaway, on a very limited budget. We stayed at the Affordable Inn and made sure to get the pool package. I use a power wheelchair for mobility, so I pay special attention to access, accommodations and atmosphere. All things access, Glenwood Hot Springs pools and pool locker rooms get an A+! Both the...
