The wife and I decided to drive up the mountain to see Buffalo Bill's burial spot. No wonder he chose here! Great view of Denver on one side and the mountain range on the other.

The visitor center was small but nice. Views were nice. The mansion was closed for touring on a Saturday.

It is so Beautiful here you have to see it! The view is spectacular. Take your camera especially when the Aspen leaves are in full change.

A stop on my roadtrip. Beautiful views. A must see for any Buffalo Bill enthusiast. I know why William Cody fell in love with the area.

Beautiful! A must see! Take the time to enjoy the sights and sounds. Wildlife! Views! Where else on this earth can you get all this except Colorado, Alaska, Montana or Wyoming! Colorado is a definite on vacation travel!

Short, but sweet drive. Enjoy. Worth while if you're close by to Golden. Buffalo near by, so you may see them too. Not really worth driving to the lot to see them.

Great views, nice trails, and friendly ranger. The little exhibit center is cool. Really interactive for kids.

We went up the mountain for a short time, because our time in Denver was very limited. It was a beautiful drive. We didn't see any wildlife this time. We did stop at a park and walked a little and took some great pictures. We will definitely go back on our next trip.
