This rating is directed at our lodging experience we just had. We checked in and presented our paperwork for our two service dogs. We were asked what service they provided and our disability. Both fair and reasonable questions. We answered and were immediately discrimated against....More

I needed a place to stay in Idaho Springs. This was nice enough nothing fancy, my room was a bit dated but clean, firm bed, and the weekday rates are good. As far as the hot springs themselves, they are nice enough, but not really...More

Went here on a whim. Was pleasantly surprised! Beautiful little town, right off HWY 70. Kinda old school, route 66 50's roadside feel. Old hotel, resort building. Very clean pools. The mud room was a cool experience. The mineral water in the pool was refreshing...More

Beautiful location, but it was very crowded and service was less than helpful. The person at the front desk did gave the wrong change repeatedly and were unaware of their own services.

3 visits- 3 different experiences. But always, the massages & scrubs are excellent!!! Now, the pool is best during the week. Just too many kids learning to swim on the weekends. The caves (grotto) really are too hot. And it is kinda creepy climbing down...More

We scheduled spa treatments which include the caves. The caves and showers are dirty and gross. They charge fees for towels and lockers unlike any other spa I have ever been too. The accommodations and waiting room are horrible, no one greets you at the...More

Extremely hot. Bring water! Great experience as long as you don't mind some nudity. The caves are well kept and peaceful.

The facilities and interior don't look like much, but the caves are what this place is really about. The hot spring water feels amazing. We stayed in one of their cabins though they have hotel rooms too. It was cozy and had everything you needed....More

I went in July, and they had not done much renovating then. Although it could stand a little renovating, that shouldn't be confused with being dirty. It's still charming and comfortable.
