We had a group of 8 on vacation to Colorado. On Wednesday I called Ginger to plan a ride on Thursday. She made it happen and was very accommodating! The ride and views were amazing and a site we will never forget! The horses were very well mannered and easy to ride especially for a couple of first time riders... More

I have been coming up to A&A Historical Trails for years and the trails and views just keep getting better and better! The trail Ginger has for 2016 is magnificent! Her horses are all well behaved and very safe. You can just relax and enjoy the view. Barb, her assistant, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly, you cant find a... More

I arranged a trail ride for myself and a girlfriend to celebrate our birthdays. Ginger was very accommodating on the phone. When we were almost there (early), she called me and wanted to know if we still wanted to go as it was cold out. We said we were game and the weather was fine. She then stated we were... More

I almost didn't make it out here, but am so thankful that I did! It is difficult to access without a car, but I took a "casino" shuttle bus from downtown Denver, and Ginger, the owner picked me up at the casino! Talk about great service! She drove me out to the barn where she selected my ride, and got... More

We were so glad we chose the 1 1/2 hour ride - one hour would not have been enough! The horses are well loved and they choose horses specifically for you, based upon your experience, age, height and weight. I liked that the horses go on a maximum of three rides per day, and often just one or two. I... More

We arrived 40 minutes early and had plans to eat our lunch for 10 minutes and then walk up to the stable. However, we started eating and immediately got yelled at to come up to the stable. We walked up to the stable and were greeted by a very stressed out woman. She made us sign papers while she was... More

Great trail ride for the family through the woods. Kenzie, our trail guide, did a wonderful job leading us. The horses were well groomed and friendly. Highly recommend!

Searched for the best place to ride while staying in Evergreen, Co. A & A Stables delivered. Ginger the owner was professional, accommodating and patient with all levels of riders. She and her horse Jimmy took us thru an amazing ride high in the Rockies, giving us information and education all the way. It was absolutely GORGEOUS up there. I... More

While I'll admit the place doesn't look like much, we were very impressed with the ride and the views from the trails. You will get one of the best views of Mt Evans I have ever seen from the tops of the trails. Our guide Ginger was firmly in charge but still gave us the freedom to move at our... More
