Going through Round Da Bay Inn, you ca see Chris’s art and talent. If you do buy his work, the profit goes towards sponsoring Syrian families to come to NL. Another act of kindness from the Ricketts’

Chris has his paintings displayed in the hallways and in the shop. They are for sale and he has different sizes to choose from. Nice touch for the business.

Chis is an accomplished artist who captures the local scene with a magical flair. In his spare time Chris teaches art especially during the winter months. A vist to Round Da Bay Inn is like going to an art gallery. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing work of Art, got to meet Chris and his wife Karen, wonderful people. We also got to visit the inn with each room having a special theme, the decor was breathtaking, was a so beautifully decorated!

There are exhibits from a variety NL artists . Chris's wife, Karen displays her artistic touch also with her collection of art made from sea glass. There is jewelry made by a local artist and at reasonable prices. You will see many local artists represented there in the gallery and gift shop. You gotta go and see it for yourself.

Ricketts' work is the kind of art we look for on trips, evocative of the location, imaginative and slightly abstract but still precise in depiction of fact and reality. Tremendous use of colour and form. We encountered his work at the Round da Bay Inn in Plate Cove. Unfortunately, all that was for sale were prints, and an original or two we would have purchased could neither be found on site, nor was there someone in the store we could ask.
