Beautiful terrain, and after fire wonderment

The entire area was caught in a horrible forest fire several years ago. This only adds to the contrast and beauty of the area.

Driving up this wild river canyon is a real experience! You will pass both professional rafters and locals tubing down the river. Around each bend you'll see more ideal fly fishing waters plus interesting 4WD trails through the wilderness area. We saw Moose, Deer, and other wildlife as well. Visit this place, you won't be disappointed.

Everything about this area is amazing. Even after the terrible fires of 3 years ago I love the natural beauty. Take time to walk around and enjoy nature.

I live up the Poudre River and so get to experience its' beauty and power each day. Further up the canyon the land gets even wilder. Having the river flow below our door is energy each day.

Upper Poudre is the place to go and be. Many college students and younger crowds along lower end of river- most all camping sites not tended very well, very overgrown.

Colorado is all about being outdoors. This is the perfect area to visit. Safe. Clean. Enjoyable. The best aspect is being in the great summer mountain air.
