The room we booked was not the room we received at check in. When I tried to book a massage at reservation I was discouraged to do so as "I might have a different schedule come up when I get to town" On the day...More

Small hotel with private hot springs and steam cave available to the public for a fee. Less crowded and more personal than the Ouray public hot springs and pool.

The place could use a facelift and the front desk employees were a little difficult to deal with at times. However, the massage service is top notch and the vapor caves are a unique and fun experience (very, very HOT). For the price I think...More

My husband and I took advantage of the Hot Springs while we were in Ouray. The cave was amazing... a really unique experience. Going from there to the outdoor pool (hot spring) was perfect. We spent a wonderful evening there.

$15.00 per person/day. Pool was difficult to enter - only 2 entry points, one of which was really deep to 1st step. Bottom was quite slimy. Rest of place was clean although the people on front desk were not very friendly. They seem to think...More

Nice pool and the cave was good and hot. The folks there were lovely and everything seemed clean. We didn't use the private pool so can't comment on that.

If there could be ZERO stars that would be my review. We went there for the vapor caves and the hot springs. The caves are down a flight of grubby stair where you enter a grubby hallway and they have open community spaces for you...More

We opted to visit the hot springs at Wiesbaden instead of sharing our experience with 100's of strangers at the community hot springs. Well worth the extra $. We entered the vapor cave briefly as it is literally a natural sauna and very hot and...More

Small cave poorly lit very hot and humid. $15 fee for all + $2 for towel. Creepy unfriendly lady talks about no prior tobacco use in 3 months .... If your hotel has a hot springs hottub save the money and use it.

Yes, kids are fine there. We had two 11-yo and a 13 yo with us. As long as they respect the quiet and are ready for some heat -- all is great! The wonder of it and exploratory feelings were fantastic and the people who work... More

There is absolutely no smoking when we went. Didn't see any vape either for the same reason -- the pool leaches things from your body and they don't want the pools contaminated.
