Great little park to see wildlife up close. Definitely go during feeding time to learn more about the animals.

This was inexpensive and you are able to see the wildlife up close! The guide/lady who fed the animals was nice and had funny stories about their animals and it was evident she genuinely cared about all of the animals. We will definitely stop again. Thank you!!

We too went at feeding time and it was so interesting. The lady who led the tour had been at the facility for 20 years and she clearly loves each of the animals and shares their stories as she feeds them. It was very interesting and a really wonderful place. When we first walked up there was a big black... More

We stopped by here on our way out of Pagosa Springs. We were so thrilled with the care taken of the animals and the friendly workers. We got to see them feed the bears and our kids fed the goats. We will definitely be back!

If you go at feeding time - 2 in winter, _4 in summer, you get to see all the animals and a knowledgeable guide to explain how they got there and about each species

I won't lie at frist I was creeped out by the place but after we bought our tickets we really enjoyed ourselves. However, I would say to go around the animals feeding time as you get to interact with the animal keeper and she gives you some good information on the animals and plus you get to see how she... We visited this park during feeding time and was neat to see how excited the animals were in anticipation of their meal. The bear was extremely charming as it anxiously waited for his food. The staff was very informative and we got to see a wide range of animals from bears to wolf hybrids. I would highly recommend this attraction.... More

We stopped in just prior to feeding time while out exploring during our visit to Pagosa Springs. It's not a big place, but that is part of the charm. You get to see some local wildlife, all of which are non-releasable rescues, and if you are there during feeding time, the caretaker will tell you all about the animals and... More
