We were given a full informational tour of the processing and history of Alpaca in the area by the owner. The owner did a nice job leading us around and we made some purchases in the little store.
Suncrest has a small gift shop to purchase yarn and other finished products. Tour of yarn machining room conducted by pleasant staff person. There are about 40 Alpacas that you can see. Pleasant drive to orchards seeing the valley and other orchards, vineyards.

If you want to see all that goes into making alpaca wool and its products, stop in here. These people are truly amazing and their animals, so sweet. And, the atmosphere of East Orchard Mesa, in Palisade, is idyllic.
