The Best IPA!

I love a good IPA craft beer and Elevation has it nailed! I haven't found a better one so far and I've tried many others. In fact this brewery is just one of the very best.

Had their excellent porter Little Mo. Taproom is a bit small, but definitely cozy. We had a great time sampling their quality beers. Should not be missed if you're in the area.

Missed this stop on out first trip to Salida six months ago. Sampled six beers and all were unique and delicious. Left with a mixed six pack and some great conversations with the staff and other guests. A definite return visit is needed next time we are in town.

We love their Apis IV, the friendly atmosphere and their chips and super yummy salsa. They always give us tiny samples of as many beers as we want to try. All their beers are very good- more flavorful than those at many other breweries.

Came in to try Elevation's offerings. Left with a 6-pack of 8-second Kolsch (that my wife desperately wished had procreated a case of the same) and 2 bombers of an INCREDIBLE oak barrel aged double IPA "Fanboy". There is one bomber left quietly waiting for me to drink it in my Arizona refrigerator. I now exist in conflict, do I... More

This a great place for beer lovers. It's a small place with lot's of flavors with both low and high "octane"! It's a laid back place with seating at the bar, booths or picnic tables. No waitstaff so walk up and order (the latest trend I'm finding). A fun place to meet friends!

A great little local brewery, good beer, had phenomenal food from the food truck outside. Definitely worth a stop!

Elevation Beer Company, Poncha Springs, CO was an unexpected jewel. At more than 7400 feet elevation, this small brewery had great beer, good atmosphere and very pleasant people to converse with.

We discovered Elevation on our first trip to Salida a couple of years ago and actually put it on our list of things to do for this trip. The beer selection is quite good (try the 8 Second Kolsch or the Little Mo Porter) and the atmosphere is lively (if a bit loud!). It's been crowded the two times we've... More

This place is so much fun, it's turned from a tasting room into a pub. The beer is great, the servers are helpful and the place is surprisingly family friendly. There's unique art lining the walls and games for the kids to play. The brewery doesn't server food, but there is a food truck parked alongside with decent meals or... More
