We were lucky enough to come through Pueblo when the Ansel Adams exhibit was featured. Worth every penny. They also had a water color exhibit. And, there is a children's museum, very hands-on and lots of crafts for the kids to do, that is included in the adminission.

We attended the Ansel Adams exhibit and also went through the other exhibits. Very well organized and impeccably displayed. Highly recommend.

An impressive building from the outside, centrally located, and even more impressive inside. A fine exhibition of photos of 'old' Pueblo, with some striking images. The staff there were very welcoming and helpful, as was the case nearly everywhere we went

Angel Adams was fantastic. Kids museum was very enjoyable. Close to river walk and Marriott. Kids 4, 7 enjoyed the attached children's museum for hours.

I was in town on Monday business and thought I'd check out the art center. Unfortunately the center is closed on Mondays. Fortunately, the staff operate the gift shop and allow visitors to tour the three floors of hallways with fine art. I probably wouldn't have looked at the hallway art if the galleries were open. It was worthwhile, and... More

For a small town I thought the exhibits were wonderful. My teenage boys and I really loved the Ansel Adams exhibit and the National Park exhibit. They also enjoyed the local pictures - especially the ones that showed an older venue picture next to a modern day picture of the same venue. I highly recommend and you get into this... More

My specific interest was the Ansel Adams Collection exhibition, which is scheduled to close September 25, 2016. A very nice selection of prints which, the docent related, used to belong to Adams’ daughter. Many of the familiar prints (Monument Valley, Moonrise Over Hernandez, Half Dome) and some not so familiar to me (portrait of Jose Clemente Orozco 1933). In addition,... More

Very reasonably priced. We went to see the Ansel Adams exhibit, my wife is a huge fan. I do not normally go to art museums so I have nothing to compare it to. However, it was relaxing, educational and informative. I enjoyed the visit

Multi-faceted beauty in a convenient location right off the interstate. Wonderful art collections, art education and dancing facilities, resident potters, numerous and varied classes, lovely auditorium and meeting/banquet facilities and luncheon cafe. Best of all is the top notch children's museum for a great hands-on experience for the kids! Something for everyone!

There really is something for everyone here. We originally went to go to the Buell Children's Museum which is located in one of the buildings and ended up visiting the galleries as well. The children's area was very crowded but there were many activities that our grandson (4 years old) enjoyed. We then walked the galleries and found some really... More
