Wonderful place to visit in vail in fall and I’m sure summer as well. We loved getting our exercise walking to the gardens from our hotel. Beautiful area and peaceful.

I walked here a few times while on vacation with my family of adult children. Nice to get away and enjoy some quiet time. Lots of comfortable benches, peaceful paths. Also a children’s garden area, great little gift shop and lots of room for kids...More

Though late season, many flowers still blooming. The Stickworks sculpture was an unexpected pleasure to see. Very nice grounds in a wonderful setting.

Surprise for us that this existed and happy that the Fords were major force in creating it. Creative idea-free admission too but sadly i don’t think September is a prime time to go. Something nice to do in vail if there isn’t snow.

Very nicely done. Actually larger than I expected it to be. Very peaceful and enjoyable to see all the local plants and trees.

Interesting place to see plants and flowers that are great growers in this high altitude. Some unusual ones too. Lots of water features and a new stick sculpture too. If you have kids there is a very nice play area plus discovery type building with...More

This is such a beautiful park to stroll around and enjoy the plants that are native to Vail. Take the path that runs along Gore Creek to get here...you won't be disappointed.

This is a welcome respite from the hiking trails we often find in mountain towns. Perfect for the very young (and senior citizens like us), there were no difficult hills to climb or rocks to maneuver around! The gardens itself is stunning with wildflowers artfully...More

These gardens were easy to get to, lovely to walk through, and had just about every plant labeled. Glad we found it! Soothing place to just chill after being in Vail Village.

We make it a point to visit the Gardens every year. This is the first time there were hardly any flowers blooming. This may have been due to the time of season, cooler nights already or maybe not as much rain this year don't know....More

Sorry. Not sure. Can’t recall if I saw any but dogs are everywhere in Vail. Paths are narrow though. There is a larger park outside the gardens. I would keep em out of the flowers imo.

I agree with those who answered one hour. We did not visit with kids, but we spent about an hour in the park. I did not read every word of the interesting signs, but read enough to get the gist of them. The gift shop is... More
