While we had ordered their teas online before, today was the first opportunity of my wife, daughter, and myself to experience the shop in person, which is set in an attractive part of town near trees. The inside of the store is immaculate with many mini-displays built around a common theme: type of tea, tea serving sets, cards, pictures, memorabilia, and coffee. Near the long checkout counter, one can sample the free "tea and coffee of the day". If you have any questions, either a family member or knowledgeable associate will graciously respond. They can tell you how many types of tea that they currently import and how many blends of teas that they formulate. I believe that there are thousands of such blends. The decor is charming, and the atmosphere is casual and unhurried. I loved exploring this unique store, trying some free tea and coffee, and asking questions. We had to tear ourselves away.
