This is a beautiful state park. Running water, ponds, picnic tables and lots of trails to walk! Cool on a hot summer day by the brooks. Great place for a picnic day. As you would expect, ticks are abundant! Take care.

It was a nice trip during the fall season. Beautiful fall colors near the water fall as well as the wooden bridge. Kids had a great time too.

The park is mostly a camping ground/picnic area. However there are signs posted and areas roped off that the camping area is not open this year due to budget constraints. This includes the portapotties that were boarded up near the falls. Perhaps the potties are...More

We just visited this park for the first time. It was great. You need to get there early. If not people are in the water near the falls.( I am pretty sure you are not allowed to do that.) Kind of annoying if your trying...More

Local family in the area took us here on a Monday afternoon. It wasn't very crowded. Our kids loved being able to swim up to and climb around and behind the waterfall. We also hiked down river to check out the covered pedestrian bridge. What...More
