Right now you can't go in but you can order your beer online and do a drive-by pick up! Nice to support local businesses and FARMS!!!! The have solar panels and grow their own hops.

This brewery is in a beautiful part of Connecticut. We took all the back roads to get there and loved the drive. The farm setting was more than scenic and we relaxed while sharing and thoroughly enjoying their beers. Get to KFB before the snow flies, sit outside in the early afternoon sun and try the beer…you will love it!

Right off the bat, the location reminds me a bit of Hill Farmstead Brewery in Vermont, and that’s a high compliment! The rustic location is on a working farm, with different buildings for the brewery, tasting room, workshop, etc. The staff at the tasting room are quite helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. There is indoor and outdoor seating, picnic table style, which encourages you to meet and chat with other beer aficionados. As for the offerings, I was quite impressed. They are mostly 5-6% ABV, which is nice. Taste of the Glitter Rainbow IPA was excellent. It’s unfiltered, so it has an opaque golden color. Not too hoppy, reminiscent of epic beer “Sip of Sunshine” without its higher alcohol content. Glitter Rainbow IPA is now available outside the brewery in cans. It’s $4 for a 16 oz can. I like sour beers with fruit flavors for summer, and the Second Nature Cherry was excellent. Cherry red color, not completely opaque. Just enough cherry flavor and less sour than most “saison” style beers. Excellent! You can only buy it here. A little pricy at $15 for a 500 ml bottle. I recommend a visit, but make sure to program your GPS before you hit the dirt road...

Took the long but scenic drive out to the brewery. Would only do the drive on a nice day given its location. Nice scenic farm brewery. Quick prompt service. Very reasonable rates. Decent selection of styles. All were very good. Since it is a farm brewery, there is also a farmstand with meat available. Lots of outside seating and a few picnic tables inside
