I went to Kent Falls on a sunny Sept. day, and I do not regret it. I walked around on the paths, ate apples of the big apple tree in the park (it’s in between the restroom building and picnic site), and ate at the...More

We drove this stretch of Highway 7 to reach Kent Falls before sunset. The drive is so beautiful. We drove this in October, during the fall colors. We ended up passing through Bulls Bridge and the cute town of Kent. We will definitely stop and...More

The state park is quite nice. From the parking lot, you are able to see the falls. Leading up to the falls, there is a covered bridge, which was an aspect that enhanced the park. A bit of a walk after the bridge, there is...More

We just made a quick stop to photograph the waterfall while driving Rt 7 in western Connecticut. It was raining so we didn't even get out of the car but the waterfall was pretty even at a distance, especially the way in which it was...More

The drive to the falls was very good - a leisurely drive with an excellent view of the fall colors all along the way. By themselves the falls and the trail are small - but go to watch the fall colors.

Beautiful park! Loved the waterfalls and the hiking. But $15 to park because I am not a CT resident?? That was uncool.

We stopped over to visit Kent Falls themselves (an easy 10-15 min trail), and had a good time. Pretty waterfalls, easy parking.

My sister and I had a lovely experience hiking a loop around the waterfall. The up is a bit on the steep side, but do-able if taken slowly with stops at the many viewing platforms. As this was October, the falls was mostly a trickle...More

The park near the covered bridge is mowed. The stairs go along side the falls. U should be ok, if you decide to walk into the woods use REPEL spray with DEET.

I went off season and it's free. There is a fee during the summer season. Check their website and see previous response. Thanks and good luck.
