We went during winter when it was closed but we were able to pull in and take a few photos. Really gorgeous!

Brought relatives from Italy to enjoy this quaint park off RT 7 in the northern park of Kent. Great for a vigorous hike up the side of the falls overlooking the beautifull scenery of the area. Great for picnics in the summer and fall. Picnic tables, grills and restrooms available. Pete

I enjoyed seeing the waterfalls, but it is quite the steep trek if you plan on walking the trail. I walked until there was a tree that had fallen over blocking the path. Very quiet, there weren't many people here. We visited late on a Thursday and there wasn't a cover.

Place is okay but does not worth $15. I cannot imagine how can someone charge you this much for such small attraction with no facility.

It's fun to walk through the covered bridge up to the falls - the path can be a bit slippery at times so be careful - and there are no amenities...

Great place to go for half a day to have a picnic a short (but sometimes steep) walk to the top with viewing points along the way. Despite signs saying not to go into the water there were several people in the falls and during our visit we did see someone hurt themselves as a result, the signs are there... More

There is very little water. Hike is good. Just missed the fall colors. Easily can spend an hour or two.

Go early, before lunch, 9.00 parking fee. Picnic area, no toilets only outhouses. Plan 2 hours easy climb. Expect dogs.

My husband and I took the long 2 hour drive from our home on the CT shore to visit Kent Falls State Park. Because it was a weekday, after Labor Day, there was no cost to enter the park. There are maps on the entrance to show the short hiking trails. The longest trail, the yellow trail, is 1/2 mile... More

When we were planning our visit, we were told that the falls weren't very exciting right now because of the drought this year. We're from Illinos where we don't have many falls, so even thought it was mostly just a trickle, to us it was still beautiful. During the hike up the falls, it was fascinating to see how many...
