This place is perfect to let your children imagination run wild. From dressing up as a fireman to run their own market this place is what you need when you want your kids to burn out some steam. Better and cheaper than Chukee cheeses.

This place is not your typical children museum. This is an old structure converted into a huge play ground with interactive activities as a fire engine, huge building blocks and such. This place is extremely cheap so you can have your young ones have a good time without breaking the budget. This will be my first choice before chulee cheeses.

Our grandchildren ages 3 and 7 really loved visiting this museum. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the activities that encourage imagination. There are so many things to do outdoors as well as indoors. There are a variety of educational as well as physical and sensory stimulating activities. Our grandchildren enjoyed the animals as well. My daughter is 8 and she still loves going here. It is a bit young for her. Children aged 0-5 would truly get the most out of this museum. Its a very nice addition to Niantic. And definitely good if you get a rainy day and cannot go to the beach.

Coming back to this lovely little museum after an absence, I found it had been beautifully transformed by rearranging space and changing presentations to be even more charming. Both indoor and outdoor areas are more attractive and interesting. It's a hit with younger kids and it's a comfortable and safe environment that puts adults' minds at ease.

It is a wonderful tiny museum with lots of activities for 2-8 crowd for a rainy day. It is an indoor playground of sorts with various stations to play, build, roleplay, learn.

Nice interactive staff. Go for a rainy day at the beach. It is a little expensive but if you are looking to get out of the rain on your vacation, it might be worth the price.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how many exhibits and activities were available for the kids even though it's a relatively small children's museum. There's even an outdoor area where kids can play. We stayed a lot longer than we anticipated because our preschooler would find something else to play with. Some of the favorite activities were the organ, magnets,... More
