We enjoyed Dinosaur State Park very much today! I went with our 6y old, 8y old, and 10y old. We started out with casting the Eubrontes footprints. HELPFUL to know that if you want to cast the biggest best footprint you need 15 lb of...More

I have been to this small park many times, with three small children it was a easy place to go... but beware expensive $6 a person just to look at footprints and two dinosaurs, a "discovery" room over crowded with a field trip of 7-12...More

This park and museum is great for anyone who loves paleontology! There are hundreds of dinosaur tracks as well as educational displays. Most of the tracks are indoors so it's a good place to visit on a rainy day too.

We had a fantastic visit to Dinosaur State Park: two boys aged 5 1/2 and 3 1/2, me (their mom), and my parents. All of us enjoyed it. The boys love dinosaurs (and animals in general). Over the course of our 4-hour visit, we took...More

Hello, Thank you for your review. We always appreciate hearing from visitors about their experience. We are in the process of making improvements to the red trail (our shortest trail), that will make it at least partially accessible to wheelchairs. Please keep an eye on...More

A hidden gem. Here in Connecticut we have major fossils of early dinosaur footprints. Plenty of trails to explore besides the museum itself. The guides and rangers do an excellent job of explaining the site and helping visitors make castings from the footprints.
