Fun place for young kids

Pumpkin picking, hurling pumpkins from a machine, they have a lot of stuff there, even hayrides! It is pretty fun for younger kids, but now that i'm older, there isn't too much to... read more

Yesterday, we went with another couple and their 2 young children to go apple picking. We all had been here before a couple of years ago and didn't have the greatest experience, however, it's close to home and we thought it would be nice for the kids. When we arrived to pay for our bag we decided that the half-bushel... More

We stayed at an Inn nearby and saw the brochure about the farm which offers seasonal fruit and vegetable picking. We picked beautiful and fresh blueberries - 2 quarts full. We had a wonderful time, enjoyed the fresh outdoors and beautiful scenery. The owner is lovely and helpful. It's worth the trip if you are in the area of Sharon/Cornwall/Kent,... More

We have went to Ellsworth farm many times for apple picking during the past few years. Several times I have seen customers angry with the sales people for various reasons over the years and today I was that angry customer. Today I was there with my parents, husband and 3 children. The farm was basically totally empty and we were... More

We've gone before and had a good time, but this year was disappointing. I get that whenever you have fruit on the ground you're going to get bugs, but this was ridiculous. I mean I could not even keep my eyes open for a second there were so many gnats. We drove 45 minutes and had to leave after only... More

Took my family there for pumpkins, the hay ride and the corn maze on a Saturday around 4. The pumpkins were not pick your own. The hayride was closed for the day. There was an extra charge for a freight train that was hidden behind a door and curtains. The corn maze was pretty sparse and frustrating to find clues... More

I know the owners and they are just caring people. Period. They run a neat place, and if you and you family are into a orchard and berry farm visit, this one in the Ellsworth section of Sharon is a nice place t0 come see.

I went to Ellsworth today to pick apples. I told the woman at the stand that I wanted Cortlands and Macintosh apples. She told me there was plenty of everything. I went to the back of the property for the Cortlands, and they didn't look good at all.....small and sickly looking. Then I went to the Macintosh aisle and saw... More

Support your local famers. They have great produce and cider. They are warm people. Do visit. An overall great spot.
