Regardless of the season, Saltwater delivers. The setting, the people, the wine...all top notch!!! Our personal favorite is the golden arc Chardonnay but you can't go wrong with any of their wines. Michael, Merrily and team Saltwater will make you feel right at home.

Recently we rented your facility for my daughters wedding. We primarily picked the Saltwater Farm Vineyard due to it proximity to the water and the modern design and space of the structure, (Building was an old airplane hanger). What really attracted my daughter was the open area down by the water, (which was a heathy walk through the vineyard), that... More

We have done several Vinyard visits over the years in Connecticut. I think I just found my new favorite. This place must be beautiful when the vines are growing. Even this time of year there is a beauty about it. They have you sample 4 wines, 2 white, and 2 reds. As I have been looking for unoaked wines, the... More

Although the great weather was a contributing factor, it was a relaxing stress reducing visit. The wine was very good, the employees knowledgeable, and there was no sales pressure. If you like wine go here.

Went here with my husband and 22 year old son. We had parked a distance away and road our bicycles. Despite setting up for a wedding and the groom/wedding party arriving as we did, everyone was still friendly and attentive to our small group. They made us feel that we were just as important as the wedding. The parking attendant... More

Upon leaving Stonington, CT. via 1A East on a rainy Sunday, we decided to turn in at the Saltwater Vineyard. It's a beautiful building, vineyard and farm, and best suited for a dryer day. Call for operating hours. The converted airplane hanger is a gorgeous tasting room adjacent to a comfortable celebration party or wedding reception area (there's also an... More

A worthwhile and must-see stop on the CT Wine Trail. We visited on a Saturday and enjoyed our wine tasting as the wines were delicious but the property was breathtakingly beautiful. Inside and out - this property is well-maintained and utilized for multiple party functions. The only downside to this winery is that they close early on weekends for weddings,... More

Beautiful site for a wedding but book way ahead! Lovely place to stop for a glass of wine on the deck. Good wines, nice staff, beautiful location. Definitely would stop back for a glass of wine on the deck. Week-ends they close early to accommodate weddings.

Love stopping at the Saltwter Farm Vineyard whenever we visit the area. The wine selections are interesting -- stainless steel-aged, which gives a different taste, but still enjoyable. Beautiful grounds - bring your picnic and enjoy a great afternoon!
