This is my main, go-to brewery in Sussex County. They brew up a wide assortment of ales and stouts. My favorites are Amber Sun and Tiller Brown Ales, and Night Stalker and Russian Imperial Stouts. Seasonally, I love their Oyster Stout, S'mores Brown Ale and Devil's Risk Chocolate Porter. There is a theme to my madness, but their lighter brews... More

Good time, good beer! Very nice little brewery. A good variety of beer all very tasty. The barmaid was cute as a button and was very attentive to everyone's needs. She handled the room like a seasoned pro. Try the Tillers Brown Ale or the Responders Ale both very good. For a tasting experience try the Oyster Stout - Outstanding!

Love the beers especially the brown ale and the one they made with s'mores. They were out of the watermelon beer which I bought growlers of last time. We ordered pizza and had it delivered. Fun live rock band and someone brought their incredibly lovable Bassett Hound there which gave everyone tons of love. The bartender was great! Full room... More

I was staying overnight in Georgetown prior to taking the ferry to NJ, so a local brewery was of course on the itinerary. I walked in to the sound of kids playing on the floor while their parents were enjoying a beer. It was a little surprising to see young kids in a brewpub but they were fun to watch.... More

This was my second stop after having a very unpleasant experience few years back. Was disappointed samples had a $2 fee each when local competition was free but that was okay. Beer was okay, not as good as I was hoping.

16 Mile derives its name from the original name of Georgetown, the county seat, which was chosen because it was 16 miles from every settlement in the county, an important consideration he everyone walked or rode horses. It is a small brewery, with tours by arrangement which I have not done. But the pub section is very pleasant, with knowledgeable... More

Stopped at 16 Mile Brewing Company after a trip to Dogfish Head. We got a flight (8beers). Beers were solid, my gf really enjoyed the seed-free and joy Watermelon beer. Worth a stop was only 15minutes from Dogfish and beers were good!

Went here with a friend for a beer tasting - we enjoy nearly every beer (I believe we sampled around 10 or so). They have some nice year-round and seasonal offerings, including some that are a little more off-the-wall like the oyster stout. The pumpkin wheat is one of my favorite pumpkin beers.

We have been here a couple of times to enjoy some great craft beers! My favorite is the summertime blonde. Recently we ordered pizza from a local place who delivered to our picnic table outside at the brewery with some friends for a great evening! Sarah is a great bartender.

I enjoyed their responders. Only about 4.1 percent. A nice beer to enjoy on hotter days. Next their amber ale. If you don't enjoy this one just stop going to breweries. A great balance of bitter and sweet with a finish you can't wait to experience. They have many flavors for most pallets. Worth every sip. $4.00 pints you can't... More
