It was a hot summer day and we were looking for a place to walk our dogs. Public beaches were off limits, and it costs $10 to take them to the fishing beaches (because we're out of state). This is a nice, shady alternative, and...More

This park is great for walking our dogs through the woods and ends at the bay where they can slash along the water.

Did the sunset paddle out of the Preserve with EcoBay. Walked through a good part of preserve to get to the water. Looked like some nice trails. Saw a number of people walking dogs there and would like to go back to explore more.

Very hot on the trails mid day, go early or late to avoid the heat. take some bug juice. whatever it is a pleasant trip thru the trails and the reward of uncrowded sandy beaches is a plus at the end of the trail.
