Facilities are available - including food, nominal fee and wonderful beach access. In the shadow of the Indian River Inlet Bridge, the view is spectacular and beach access and parking couldn't be easier.

It is included with your camping fee. The same hang tag that shows you are a registered camper will also get you into the beach parking lot, but you can easily walk or ride a bike to the beach too.
