Came here to see Jumanji late in it's run. The theatre was fairly empty which was nice. The seats are comfortable. I like the concession stands they have here as well. There's also plenty of ways to get your tickets, you can order online ahead of time and pick them up, you can use the self serve kiosks or you can buy from an attendant.

Opening times vary here based on what movies are showing. But they don't show weekday matinées only weekends you have to go to the Ancaster theatre for a weekday matinée.

We really enjoyed visiting this theatre. Not once did we pay for our tickets because we redeemed “Scene” points. I’d highly recommend setting this up!

The only criticism I have is that those with online tickets purchases still have to line up with people purchasing tickets. I would recommend that a simple realignment of the rope lines allow for those with pre-purchased tickets to access a set of machines to receive the benefit of a speedy transaction of tickets and entry into the cinema.

Certainly one of the nicest movie theatres that we have attended. Newly built with multiple theatres. Huge confectionary stand and fast food section with seating. Fully equipped games and party rooms for the kids. Our preference is to pre-book our seats and time then come when the movie starts rather than waiting in line etc. Our favourite theatre 3D, IMAX, XPLUS features big comfortable chairs that move in-line with the movie and the 3D makes it a very realistic feeling. The facility was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful.

I'm reluctant to post this rating, but I feel I'm left with no alternative. My wife and I went to the 5:40 pm showing of Alpha on Tuesday, August 21st. and immediately noted that the projected promos & adverts were about 50% as bright as normal. Since projectionists have been replaced in recent years with automation, I recognized that no one was monitoring the system, so I immediately reported the problem to the ticket taker who returned with me to the theatre (#9) & READILY CONFIRMED THAT SOMETHING WAS SERIOUSLY WRONG. A few minutes later, with conditions unchanged, I went again to the ticket taker & was told that someone had looked at it, and EVERYTHING WAS FINE. It wasn't, and while I wanted to leave & ask for a refund, my wife didn't want to disturb other theatre goers & insisted on staying – hoping the movie would be watchable. Well, it was not! The screen was so dark, the characters were mostly silhouettes and most often unidentifiable from one another. I get that technical problems will occur from time to time, but staff must be held accountable. When an issue prevents consumers from getting what they paid for, the staff are obligated to resolve the problem – not deny it. A few hours later, I saw a promo for the movie on television & it was bright, colourful and completely different than what I had seen in the theatre.

We have visited this location many times over the years...and it remains one of our favourite cinemas. We always head for the back row in the centre...and mostly end up here . The seats are nice because they tilt back...although , not being too tall , this is tougher for me as I would have to push my feet on the floor to keep the seat tilted back...ok for people that are little taller. The theatres are always promptly cleaned after each show....but it always amazes me that people just leave their garbage on the floor...do they do that at home ??? Why not take it with you and throw it out ! There are plenty of snacks to choose from...should you decide to eat there...we do not...too pricey for snacks. Staff are friendly . We usually buy our tickets online before going to the theatre...a great service offered by the cinema. There is plenty of parking here and also several restaurants should you wish to eat before or after the show.

Good theatre with lots of parking. It is newer so not run down yet. There are a few restaurants in the same parking lot of you want to do dinner and a movie. They have a bunch of the automated booths to buy your tickets but not enough humans. They need 1 or 2 more because you can't use the coupons at the automated machines.

Nice facility, well laid out, clean (including bathrooms) and good atmosphere.  It includes a small play area to keep kids/teens entertained, although a bit pricey.  Great choice in theatres; regular, 3D, and specialty theatres like Ultra AVX  (some with Dolby Atmos), D-Box, all with reserved seating. The staff is mostly friendly and knowledgable, with a few exceptions; some are a little slow or lack strong customer service skills.  Still, can't say I've ever had a really bad experience.  I did visit recently and the movie I came to see had been cancelled and the Web site not updated.  Another screening was showing a bit later but it was in one of the specialty theatres and no discount was offered even when I spoke with the Manager.  I thought that was pretty lame.  Lots of choice when it comes to food; typical stuff like pop, popcorn, candy but they also have wraps, nachos, pizza, hot dogs, frozen yogurt and Starbucks Coffee so, you should find something you like.  I especially like the wraps (ok, the yogurt bar rocks!) but all the food is pretty good. Just bring your wallet (or debit card, I guess), like just about every theatre out there, the food is very expensive.  Overall, nice place, good staff, we are there often!

My gf and I haven't come to this theater for a few years, as we've always had something turn us off. After being in the neighborhood, we decided to give it another chance. This time was no different.
The Scene card scanner and kiosks in general were uncooperative. After spending 10 mins trying to make them work, we approached the cashiers instead. The ticket printer stopped working(not the girls fault, I know) but no one knew how to fix it. The next cashier finally got my ticket printed. Off to the concession stand for treats...
We remembered the slushy machines not working the last time we were here. This time, the same. Not 1 slushy machine contained anything remotely resembling slush. Skipped.
Making our way into the theater, we chose what are normally our favorite seats. The seats with the ledge in front give me a place for my phone and drink, since I'm a big guy and the cup holders aren't convenient for me. The ledge here in on an angle sloping down towards me, ensuring that anything placed on it falls into my lap. Also, the ledge is extremely high, making it difficult for my gf to see over it. Had to change seats.
Overall, this theater is very nice looking and I would normally choose something aesthetic over functional. Unfortunately, we never seem to have a problem free experience here and this time was no different.
Summary: understaffed, slushy machines are all broken, kiosks aren't user friendly, seating stinks.
