Small zoo and nicely maintained, and at only $5 for an adult entrance, affordable. However, it became apparent to us within minutes that something was wrong. The Andean Condor - a huge bird - was in an enclosure that would barely let it hop, never mind fly. Same for the bald eagle, which flew in to the sides of its... More

Took our 4 year old grand daughter . Small zoo but really nice. Have been to a lot of zoos and it is much smaller that the others but my Nina was happier hear than at the Seattle zoo. It's size is a plus with 4 year olds and the staff was enthusiastic and friendly. Great day at the zoo.

Nice, well maintained small zoo. Very walkable for the very young and very old. Perfect to spend about and hour. The Otters are awesome. Inexpensive admission.

We had a Groupon for Zoo. We went thinking that it would take us an hour or two to get through it but it really took closer to 30 minutes. If you have really young kids who need a short outing then I recommend it. The animals, especially the tiger, were very visible and easy to get a good look... More

Came all the way out here for a visit to this zoo. Knew it was a bit smaller than Philly Zoo, but wow, this is tiny and there isn't much going on here at all! No exotic animals......good for kids who are city kids and have never really seen farm animals.

Good zoo especially younger aged children as they can be very close to the animals and reptiles. Can do a picnic lunch outside the actual park. Have some games for children to do as they view different animals.

This is a very small zoo but nice. The gardens across from the zoo make it an overall good morning or afternoon trip.

Yes, it is small, VERY SMALL. If I say it takes less then an hour to walk through, it's the truth. But don't look at as being small, look at from the view that you are there with your children and to have a good time. You are there with your wife or husband, boyfriend or girlfriend or just friends... More

We read the TripAdvisor reviews before going. One reviewer said it was more like being in someone's back yard. We chuckled but s/he was right! We appreciate that the effort is there to ensure these animals are taken care of, but this is more of a zoo to introduce young children to (semi) wildlife, I think. The best animal for... More
