My family came to this beach in the morning. The temperature was great, the water was refreshing, and overall the experience was very relaxing.

Loved the quiet, relatively private beach. Found some beautiful shells. Cabana service with fresh towels available. Great walking path along the beach with showers.

Enjoy the beach without all the fuss. This has to be my most favorite area of the beach. It's very well maintained and the crowds are usually from the luxury hotels nearby. Love South Beach for major events but not for your weekend staycation.

This beach located North of Miami is excellent. Very clean with nice sand and waves not too dangerous (it was windy during our stay). As bal harbour is very safe with many cops, the beach is safe too.

I just love the Bal Harbour beach. It's very clean, not crowded, the sea seems calmer than other beaches close by. The walking path on the beach is great!

Lovely sand. Not too busy. Nice coastal walk in both directions. Grab a bike and ride it. We was staying at the St Regis. A great hotel.

You can fly into Miami but most of the time FLL, Fort Lauderdale airport is cheaper. The beach is about half way between both airports so a cab is $20-25 either way.

There is a large parking lot across the street from Haulover Beach. If you drive park there and be sure to put everything in the trunk. If you take a taxi you may not be able to get one back if you do not have a number to... More
