Many native species easy to view from the boardwalk, including turtles, alligators, native plants and a wide variety of birds. We were able to take great phots of birds close up.

A unhurried and quiet place to contemplate life and nature. I came away feeling peaceful and content. A place to visit many times and not feel you've seen it all before.

Beautiful walkways through the wetlands. Upclose views of herons, egrets, waterfowl. Sights and sounds at sunset. Nature Center closed on Wednesdays. Free. Plenty of parking.

A beautiful nature center that can be enjoyed by everyone...whether you are a birder or just want to enjoy the beauty of the nature center. Beautiful boardwalk surrounds the center and gives you a close up encounter with nature
