Course was somewhat challenging. Paired with another couple (former members) - very helpful with guidance of golf course. Greens slow. Pin position tough. Clubhouse - dated, but staff helpful.

Played here shortly after the courses at Innisbrook Resort. Paid $85 compared to $300 for the Copperhead Course. The Pine Barren Course was its equal. It is a trip from Tampa but worth it.

Played World Woods on October 31 and the only Halloween horror I experienced was my putting. World Woods has two 18-hole courses which are significantly different. One has tree lined fairways that are gently rolling and relatively wide while the other has much more sand/waste...More

World Woods is a bare bones club that’s all about the golf. Pine Barrens is the more challenging of the 2, large sand waste areas, a more natural feel. Rolling Oaks is a little easier and is a highly manicured track. Very different feels to...More

I always like to try and play one or both of these challenging courses on my annual Christmas /New Years visit to see family in the area. The Pine Barrens course is very challenging with so many unique holes and waste areas/bunkers. If you don't...More

We did not rent clubs there but when we have rented clubs in Florida they have been very bad. I would call the course and ask the question. Be blunt about what you want.
