It's only a small museum, but totally worth a visit. Some very rare and interesting artefacts, giving a history of the early space program. Perfectly complements a visit to Kennedy Space Centre.

We spent an hour walking through this "time capsule" of US space history with a tour guide who had been involved with the space program since 1952. His knowledge was incredible as he described the amazing astronauts and the details of various flights and projects....More

A mostly volunteer staff make this a great place to visit. Most of the volunteers have worked in the Space Industry, so you're really talking about veterans and pioneers. The exhibits are nice but could use funding. Good geek day!

Yes. It was free but they do ask for a donation. It is separate from the space center which is not open for the general public. Have to drive north to the NASA visitors center for public tours.

Dina: The best view is along the causeway from Titusville to the Wildlife Refuge, but yes it does have an excellent view in front of the northern-most building in the complex

Their website says free parking and admission. I do believe the accept donations.
