We like this place the wine is really good and they have lots of gifts. you can walk around the grounds which are pretty. They also have an area you can walk around telling about the winery. They let you taste the wine and sherry before you purchase. It is dog friendly.

We travel a lot and visit a lot of wineries and taste a lot of wines. The amount of wine related items in this place is the most we've seen anywhere. They not only have all the bar cloths like everyone else has but have lamps and lights and things we've not seen anywhere else. The wine was tasty and... More

We visited with two of the owners while at the winery and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. The have a very good store with all the accessories, spices, dressings, oils etc. A great place to shop for all your wine needs. The wine was outstanding, we purchased 3 different wines as well as wine oil and other items. Great... More

The people are awesome. It's a lot of fun to see all the cool stuff they have and do the wine-tasting. Feed the fish and the ducks. It's a great place.

Nice little shop with cute wine related merchandise at very reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and the free wine tasting offers a chance to try each type they offer. While most of the wines come from Florida grown grapes, they import some California grapes to make wine. Worth stopping in if you're in the area.

Loved visiting here. Lots historical items. The owner spent lots of time with us . You could tell he loves what he does. We weren't a fan of the wines. They have mostly sweet wines but did have an unasked chardonnay, a merit and a cab which were ok.

I've been coming to the Dakotah Winery for more than two decades. The wine is fantastic, the customer service is excellent. Classical music plays softly in the background while the owner Rob gives a friendly, free and informative wine tasting. Even for those who don't drink wine, Dakotah sells an excellent Muscadine grape juice that is a must-buy and has... More

it was an education to our family as we were shocked to be informed that america has a winery in every state including alaska. The fish were so entertaining to feed and the woodcuts come and go only on their schedule...we were treated with kindness and respect and purchased wine for the evening meal at a local resturant.

This winery offers a free wine tasting. I came with several friends who like to go to different wineries around Florida. The store has lots of wine accessories especially for Christmas. It's very attractively decorated. I purchased the slightly sweet, Carlos made from muscadine grapes. My friends bought port, and cab. The younger person doing the tasting was friendly and... More

Dakota winery is all that everyone else has said. Lovely. Surprisingly, no one has mentioned the quality of their cream sherry, yet it is as good as many we were served in Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. Sweet wines are not everyone's cup of tea, and they are not my favorites unless the day is very hot and the... More
