Had a cloudy day and had heard good things about the aquarium, however if you're expecting to see a variety of sea life you will not find it here. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going because I probably would have skipped...More

We visited here in July, all adults, youngest age 22. We had all seen the Dolphin Tale movie and wanted to see Winter and Hope. We got a lot of education along with this. The behind the scenes tour we chose was great and offered...More

Enjoyed. It was hot and the aquarium is not all closed in. Enjoyed the films. Look forward to returning once the construction is finished and Winter and Hope have more room. The behind the scenes tour is worth the extra cost. Each person has own...More

We have been talking about visiting here for several years but have never actually got round to it. This year we made time to do it and it was great to see Winter and Hope, having really enjoyed the films. The animals are well looked...More

Visited on a weekday morning. Biggest warning is that the aquarium is mostly open air so if you are visiting in the Summer it will be hot. There are some air conditioned areas, but most is outside. Very informative and seeing the sealift up close...More

This aquarium is an animal rescue center turned into an aquarium so it's not a place to see lots of pretty fish. But their goal of teaching people about marine life and sharing the good work they do to save marine animals is admirable. If...More

Amazing afternoon spent at the Marina! Make sure and stop and visit Winter and Hope and contribute a couple bucks to help fund the incredible work they do with animal rescue!

Keep in mind I believe this is a research marine rehab facility before A Dolphins Tale movie was made. Do not expect sea world or Miami sequarium or big nice theme park because this isn't it. You can see it was set up in a...More

Nice place, recommended highly; a fun half day of exploration and learning. Their mission is admirable and well-executed. Staff is super-friendly and knowledgeable. Only criticisms would be the state of the public restroom trailer- hard to make something impermanent nice but this was a hard-used...More

As other reviews have pointed out this is not a highly commercial aquarium like seaworld or similar. It is a rescue centre primarily so bear that in mind when coming. That said the work they do here is incredible and the stories of the animals...More

Yes! They said unless the winds are extreme or an actual thunderstorm than they do. It sprinkled on us for a bit but we never skipped a beat 😉

Hopefully they honor Military everywhere, but calling is your best bet. I would get names of the people you talk to if they say yes; just to make sure they're aren't separate answers once you arrive.
