The beach sand is fine grain and powder soft. Feels like walking on flour. Lots of hotels along this beach. There is pier 60 which can be fished from and has craft vendors on it. Downside is heavy traffic.
Stayed at the Wyndham Grand at Clearwater Beach. We used timeshare points and was placed in a two bedroom Presidental unit. The view of the beach and sunsets were wonderful. One of the two bathrooms was over 90 square feet.

This beach does live up to the reviews. The sand is so soft and pretty. The views are incredible. I just wish the weather was nicer for us to actually use and enjoy the beach because it would have made it even more incredible
