With hundreds of things to do on Clearwater Beach, the main attraction is still pretty much its near-perfect beach (USA Today readers voted Clearwater Beach "Best Beach Town in Florida" in 2013). Beautiful white sand and clear, shallow water make this beach an ideal playground for families.

The beach is beautiful and well maintained! None of the craziness of Panama City and other locations! We will definitely be going back!

Beach was beautiful, cleaned daily. The water was clear and clean. Not too crowded during the week. Weekends are pretty busy. This was our third visit to our favorite beach.

Beautiful beach, good resturants and cute downtown area. But way to crowded. Traffic is horrible. We won't be back.

This is by far, one of the best beaches I have visited. It has everything that your heart would desire all in one location.

A nice welcoming long strip with granular and soft white sand. The water is not so clear ... at least not anymore... but it remains one of the best in the Gulf.

Clearwater is our yearly vacation spot. The beach is clean and white sand. It is a very busy Beach but why wouldn't it be as it is so beautiful. We spent hours at the beach, collecting shells, swimming and laying out on the sand. Perfect...More

Beautiful water for swimming , weather was perfect, sand is the color of salt. There were volleyball games and Frisbee contests. It was just a relaxing time for adults as well.

This is a very beautiful beach to visit. It tends to be more crowded than some of the other area beaches, but it is worth it. Beautiful white sand and great views. Close to many restaurants and shops. Plenty of activities to be had as...More

The closest and best beach is Clearwater beach. If you have a car it is less than five minutes away. If not the city has a trolley; costs $1.00 or maybe $1.50. If you stayed at a hotel at the beach if may be twice the... More
