Appx 2 block square pedestrian mall with craft shops and overpriced restaurants. "Antique" shops abound which are just upscale flea markets full of overpriced 1970's and up junk. There is a nice knitting store near the parking lot which is the sole bright spot in the compound

There are so many little shops with great gifts for any occasion. I guarantee you will find something unique in the village. Visiting the village can easily take a day. Get some coffee in the a.m., look through some shops, have a nice lunch, look through more shops, have a fantastic dinner and maybe take in a play. The best... More

Cocoa village is a five square block or so area of old downtown Cocoa. Renovated buildings on narrow streets just perfect for walks and browsing in unique one of a kind shops manned or owned by local artisans. Quaint cafes and shops of all types abound.

My sister and I had a great time going through the shops and walked along the river. Lots of great shopping finds and had lunch at Ryan's with a great view of the river.

This is a cute little district with many different boutique shops, restaurants, and bars. Enjoyable walking area and dog friendly. Great for window shopping or enjoying just a nice stroll in the afternoon.

Travelling with a toddler in the heat means that you have to break up your days. This was a nice stop off for us on the way to Cocoa Beach from Kissimmee for lunch and a bit of a wonder as we waited for the temperatures to cool a bit. After lunch at Murdochs (free parking near by) we pushed... More

I love Cocoa Village, FL! It's small - only 2 blocks, with tree lined streets and a very European feel. There is a lovely local theater that has top-notch musical productions along with several types of interesting, excellent restaurants. In addition, it has unique shops - none of those mall cookie cutter stores that you see everywhere. These are all... More

Great restaurants, pubs, antique stores and shopping. The Cocoa Playhouse always has good plays to go see. Fun place to just sit and just people watch. Parking can be an issue during events.
