This is a very small beachside amusement park whose appearance does not inspire confidence in its maintenance. Every time I have been there over the course of many years, it looks like it's under construction. But no, that's just the way it looks all the...More

The boardwalk offers solid footing with easy access to the beach. Walking distance to hotels and bars. Food and drink are available. The are shops as well as fun things to do.

The Boardwalk Amusement Area and Pier is the heart of Daytona Beach. Whenever we visit, we make sure our hotel is in close proximity to the boardwalk. Every Saturday night in summer the city has fireworks at 9:45 from the pier. You can stand right...More

Not a whole lot going on. Not like the traditional boardwalk (think OC Maryland or NJ and Wildwood NJ). Came, saw, hung out for a bit and left.

Defined a lot going on. You will not filet bored, however; a lot of the rides and games were shot down. I would still highly recommend visiting as the ones that were open made for a great visit!

This area is very well kept and patrolled often. High homeless population but they mostly kept to themselves andrestaraunts called police when they hung around too much. The souvenir shops were open late the food and drinks were all amazing.not too crowded.

Walked past this area a couple of times during the day - would never go there after dark. A combination of old, dirty places with homeless and carnies abound.

Old amusement park, a bit overpriced, carnival type atmosphere, high pressure games sales people yelling to get you to play their games....obnoxious. Rides did not look safe and most were out of order so we just walked boardwalk and shops instead.

The Boardwalk was nice. Not crowded. The water was beautiful. The shopping was fun as they had their sales going.

I've seen dogs on the boardwalk but it is limited I believe and they are not allowed on the beaches at all.
